The Small Sleep Upgrade That Helped Me Wake Up Pain-Free
Due to my sleeping position on my sides, I have long been having difficulty with my hip and lower back pain, tossing and turning to find comfort all night. I did not realize that a little knee pillow could make a difference, however, I found out this one does. From the first time I tried it, I noticed the change in the alignment of my body. Its ergonomic shape, which looks like the shape of a heart, provides perfect support for positioning my body. I even felt less sore and more refreshed after using this pillow every morning. The memory foam strikes the perfect balance by being neither too squishy nor too hard. It helps take pressure off your knees, hips, and lower back. One thing I was pleasantly surprised to find out is how easy it is to secure using the adjustable strap - it ensures the pillow does not move from its place throughout the night.

Smaller than I imagined but still good
Much smaller than how I imagined it, but it does what it was made to do - this pillow is perfectly shaped to stay between your legs, and it even has a strap/loop that you can use to attach it to one of the legs. The pillow has a removable cover that is secured with a zipper - the cover can be washed, which is good. The fabric is nice to the touch, very comfortable. The foam is thick and dense, but pliable, and like any memory foam, it takes the form of your body. I noticed no odor, and I have a very sensitive nose. So all in all, it is a good solution for people with knee/back pain. I took one star off because I imagined the pillow a bit bigger.
