Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order.

Timelines

• Processing: orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Delivery: once dispatched, Free Standard Shipping typically takes 8-15 business days.
• Remote areas and some ZIP codes can take a little longer. If you are unsure about your address, email us before ordering.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking events can take 2-3 days to start updating after dispatch — that is normal.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it if the order has not shipped yet.

If your order is late

If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, email us at info@burgundy-blue.com and we will chase it with the carrier and make it right.
