How to start a return

- We reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive them.
- Ship the product back. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Outbound shipping was free, so you get the full product price back.
A few honest notes
- Return requests sent after the 30-day window closes cannot be accepted.
- We can only accept returns for orders placed directly with our store.
