Every order from Burgundy Blue LLC (Wyoming, USA) comes with a 30-night money-back promise. Sleep on it for up to 30 nights. If it is not for you, send it back and we refund you.
How it works
- 30 nights, counted from delivery. Your window starts the day the carrier marks your order as delivered and lasts 30 nights.
- Yes, you can actually use it. This is a sleep product — the only real test is sleeping on it. We accept returns even if the product has been used and slept on.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@burgundy-blue.com within your 30-night window. Include your order number.
- We reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive them.
- Ship the product back. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Outbound shipping was free, so you get the full product price back.
A few honest notes
- Return requests sent after the 30-night window closes cannot be accepted.
- We can only accept returns for orders placed directly with our store.
